Help | Missing Files or Components
Our Windows applications are tightly integrated with the Windows Operating System. Due to this, you may be required to download some of these Microsoft files for the application to function correctly.
When you attempt to run an application, you will get an error similar to "Missing File: comdlg32.ocx". These errors are simple to correct.
Below, there is a listing of the most commonly required files for our Windows applications. These files may only be downloaded according to the Microsoft EULAs pertaining to these files.
Installing Files and Components
Download the file, and copy it into your SYSTEM32 folder. Common folders are below:
- C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\
- C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\
